We advise or support you in the development of policies, strategies, and programs be they global, regional, national or local. The services we offer include planning and facilitating processes, conducting workshops, face-to-face or virtual interviews, and formulating documents with quality assurance.
We believe that a good strategy should be dynamic, adaptable, and accessible to all stakeholders.
We support you in formulating concept notes and full project proposals in response to calls for tender, for example. We review proposals as well and advise and support clients wishing to expand their portfolio of activities.
We evaluate strategies, programs, and projects, whether it is for funding decision, or mid-term or final evaluation. Our evaluations enable evidence-based decision-making. We produce factual data and recommendations that inform the thinking, deliberations, and decisions of our clients, be they strategic, political, or programmatic.
We use participatory and collaborative evaluation methods. We adhere to the norms and standards of SEVAL, SDC / NADEL in Switzerland and the United Nations Evaluation Group (UNEG). We also adhere to the criteria of the OECD DAC Network on Development Evaluation (EvalNet) for evaluation of development interventions.
We run workshops, events and facilitate discussions on topics related to our areas of expertise.
Within our network, we have many seasoned experts and specialists with solid experience in our areas of expertise. They can share their experience, lessons learned, methodologies, tools, and approaches through courses, ad-hoc conferences, and workshops.
